Class Session
A 60 minute strength-training session that is individualized to the athlete’s level. Maximum of 3 athletes per session. Will include a warm-up, strength, mobility, and stability using dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells, as well as bodyweight exercises.
One 60-minute session - $50
Ten 60-minute sessions - $400 (20% discount)
Personal Training Session
A personal 60 minute strength-training session that is individualized to the athlete’s level. Prices include up to two people per household, a great option for couples. Will include a warm-up, strength, mobility, and stability using dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells, as well as bodyweight exercises.
One 60-minute session - $80
Ten 60-minute sessions - $640 (20% discount)
